The Senate stands adjourned until 3:00pm on Monday, May 18, 2026. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive session and resume the en bloc consideration of 49 nominations on the Executive Calendar pursuant to the provisions of S.Res.690 . At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of those nominations en bloc. Senator Thune has filed cloture on the following nominations: Executive Calendar #735 Sheria Akins Clarke, of South Carolina, to be United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina Executive Calendar #737 Evan Rikhye, of the Virgin Islands, to be Judge for the District Court of the Virgin Islands for a term of ten years Monday, May 18 th at approx. 5:30pm – roll call vote: Confirmation of the en bloc consideration of 49 nominations on the Executive Calendar pursuant to the provisions of S.Res.690
