Background
Born on February 27, 1981, Nicholas A. Langworthy began his career in politics by interning for Governor George Pataki and managing several congressional campaigns. He served as a staffer for Congressman Thomas M. Reynolds and later worked as a district office director for Representative Chris Lee. Outside of his work in government offices, he founded and served as president of the polling firm Liberty Opinion Research.

Nicholas A. Langworthy began his political career as a staffer for Congressman Thomas M. Reynolds and later served as the chair of the Erie County Republican Committee starting in 2010. He went on to serve as the chair of the New York State Republican Committee from 2019 until his transition to federal office. He was first sworn in to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2023, representing New York's 23rd district.
