Employees and Retirees Restoration and Assistance Resolution of 2002 - Expresses the sense of Congress regarding: (1) investigation of alleged wrongdoings related to Enron Corporation's economic collapse; (2) compensation by anyone found to have illegally withheld information or disseminated misleading information regarding Enron's financial condition to Enron employees who suffered losses in its 401(k) retirement plan as a result of such illegal conduct; and (3) efforts to provide financial assistance to the workers laid off as a result of Enron's economic collapse.
