Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to "North Dakota Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan".

This joint resolution proposes to use the Congressional Review Act to nullify a specific land management plan issued by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for North Dakota. The federal plan in question, finalized in early 2025, updated decades-old guidelines to place new restrictions on energy development.
