Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to "Buffalo Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan Amendment".

This joint resolution proposes to use the Congressional Review Act to nullify a specific rule issued by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The rule in question, finalized in late 2024, amended land management plans for the Buffalo Field Office in Wyoming to stop all future federal coal leasing in that area.
