AUMF CARTEL Influence Resolution

This bill would authorize the President to use the United States Armed Forces against foreign organizations and individuals involved in trafficking fentanyl or using violence to control territory for illegal activities. It specifically identifies nine cartels as meeting the criteria for military action and limits the use of force to targets located outside of the United States.
