Summary
Thurgood Marshall Commemorative Coin Act - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue not more than 500,000 one dollar coins which shall be emblematic of the tenure of Supreme Court Associate Justice Thurgood Marshall.
Requires all surcharges from the sale of such coins to be paid to the Historical Preservation Committee of the Supreme Court Historical Society for the purpose of collecting and preserving the physical history of the Supreme Court.
