Accountability in Testing Act of 2001

Accountability in Testing Act of 2001 - Limits the use of Federal funds to conduct tests or assessments in public elementary or secondary schools to only those tests or assessments that meet specified conditions. Prohibits any Federal official from requiring, as a condition of receipt of Federal funds for conducting testing in an elementary or secondary school, that: (1) a test be federally verified as to any other than those specified conditions; (2) test data or results be used for tracking or career selection; (3) demographic data collected from individual students as part of the test be used for anything other than aggregate statistics; or (4) a private or home school test any of its students.
