Summary
Makes Federal agencies responsible for paying an employee's share of the premium for health care coverage for any employee who is a member of the reserves who is called or ordered to active duty for more than 30 days.
Applies such requirement retroactively to ten years before the enactment of this Act if the member was called or ordered to active duty in support of military operations related to conflicts in Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or the Persian Gulf region.
