To provide for the conveyance of certain real property by the Administrator of General Services.

This bill would require the federal government to transfer ownership of a specific piece of property in Washington, D.C., known as the "Pavilion Annex," to a non-profit educational organization. The land, located next to the Old Post Office Building, would be provided at no cost for the sole purpose of establishing a museum dedicated to women's history. To ensure the site remains focused on its educational mission, the legislation prohibits the property from being used for commercial business purposes.
