To provide for the conveyance of certain Bureau of Land Management land in the State of Nevada to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and for other purposes.

H.R. 1467 would authorize the federal government to sell approximately 115 acres of public land managed by the Bureau of Land Management to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Nevada. Under this legislation, the Speedway would be required to pay the full appraised market value for the land and cover all administrative costs associated with the transfer. If enacted, the bill would allow the private racing facility to expand its operations onto land that is currently under federal ownership.
