Produce Consumers' Right-to-Know Act - Amends the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 1930 to require retailers to provide consumers with country of origin labeling of perishable agricultural commodities. Exempts food service establishments from such requirement. Authorizes fines for violations of such provision.
