Makes supplemental appropriations for FY 2005 to the Environmental Protection Agency for State and Tribal Assistance Grants for the Drinking Water State Revolving Funds for State expenses of formulating source water assessment programs.
Requires source water assessment programs to include the assessment of: (1) the pesticides chlorothalonil, pendimethalin, paraquat, cyanazine, bensulide, chlorpyrifos, diazinon, metalaxyl, and mecoprop; (2) surface water sources; (3) residential drinking wells; and (4) contaminated soil.
