To permit members of the House of Representatives to donate used computer equipment to public elementary and secondary schools designated by the members.

Amends the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1987 to allow the Clerk of the House of Representatives, at the request of a Member of the House, to donate computers and related peripheral tools previously used by the Member to a public elementary or secondary school designated by such Member without regard to whether the donation: (1) is a cost to the Government; or (2) has a recoverable value.
