To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Labor, Administrative Expenses, Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Fund for fiscal year 2024.

This bill limits FY2024 funding for administrative expenses of the Department of Labor's Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Fund. (This fund provides cash benefits and medical coverage to certain civilians who worked in the development and testing of nuclear weapons.)
