Old Man of the Mountain Commemorative Coin Act - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue not more than 50,000 $5 gold coins and 350,000 $1 silver coins emblematic of the Old Man of the Mountain (the granite symbol of New Hampshire's fierce independence).
Directs that surcharges be paid by the Secretary to the Old Man of the Mountain Revitalization Fund, Inc., to be used for the objects and purposes of such fund.
