An act to extend for 4 years, through December 31, 2005, the authority to redact financial disclosure statements of judicial employees and judicial officers.

Amends the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to extend for four years, through December 31, 2005, the exception from immediate and unconditional availability of, and the authorized redaction of, financial disclosure reports filed by certain judicial employees and officers.
