Summary
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on baby carriers, chain adjustors, chain covers, mechanical grips with 7/8" internal diameter, air horns, wide-angle reflectors, plastic saddle covers, safety pads, chain tensioners, toe clips, head sets, seat posts, all the foregoing for chief use on bicycles.
