Prohibits the Secretary of Energy from making any expenditure, for any fiscal year beginning with FY 2003, for the continued operation of the Fast Flux Test Facility at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation in Washington.
Permits the use of funds for decommissioning, clean-up, removal of waste, treating of waste, or dismantling of such Test Facility.
