Breast Cancer Research Stamp Act of 2001

This bill extends the availability of the Breast Cancer Research semipostal stamp, allowing the U.S. Postal Service to continue selling it through July 29, 2008. It ensures that this specific stamp can remain on sale even if other fundraising stamps are being offered at the same time. Additionally, the bill adjusts the pricing structure of the stamp so that the donation portion added to the first-class postage rate is at least 15 percent of the stamp's value and results in a total price divisible by five.
