Colorado River Quantification Settlement Facilitation Act

This bill aims to facilitate a major water-sharing agreement in Southern California by addressing environmental and infrastructure needs along the Colorado River and the Salton Sea. It directs the federal government to build habitat conservation projects to protect local wildlife while also creating new public spaces for hunting, fishing, and camping. Additionally, the bill authorizes the construction of new water reservoirs near the All-American Canal to improve water storage, boost hydropower generation, and help manage the water supply shared with Mexico.
