Summary
Repeals the Bretton Woods Agreements Act three years after the date of enactment of this Act.
Instructs the Secretary of the Treasury to: (1) withdraw the United States from the International Monetary Fund; (2) negotiate an agreement on the method of settling accounts with the International Monetary Fund; and (3) report to certain congressional committees on alternative ways of addressing the problems that the International Monetary Fund is designed to address.
