Summary
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to reduce, through December 31, 2006, the duty on Paraquat Dichloride (1,1'dimethyl-4,4'-bipyridinium dichloride).
Provides for an increase in such duty on January 1, 2007, through December 31, 2007, and another increase on January 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008.
