To provide for the conveyance of a portion of the Bluegrass Army Depot in Richmond, Kentucky, to Madison County, Kentucky.

This bill would authorize the Secretary of the Army to transfer approximately ten acres of land from the Bluegrass Army Depot to Madison County, Kentucky. The purpose of this land transfer is to provide a site for the State of Kentucky to build a new veterans' center. For the transfer to take place, the state must first demonstrate that it has secured the necessary funding to complete the construction of the facility. If enacted, the bill would provide local veterans with improved access to dedicated services and support facilities within their community.
