To direct the Secretary concerned to reinstate a member involuntarily separated from the Armed Forces solely on the basis of the refusal of such member to receive a vaccination against COVID-19.

This bill would require the Department of Defense to reinstate any service member who was involuntarily discharged from the military solely for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine. If a former service member requests to return, the military must restore them to the same rank or grade they held at the time of their separation.
