To amend the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 to modify a deadline relating to a certain election by Indian tribes.

Amends the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 to extend until July 27, 2008, the deadline for an Indian tribe to elect to participate as a jurisdiction in the sex offender registration program under such Act or delegate its functions to another jurisdiction.
