To extend the Medicare community nursing organization (CNO) demonstration project.

Amends the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Balanced Budget Refinement Act of 1999, as amended by the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Benefits Improvement and Protection Act of 2000, to extend Medicare community nursing organization demonstration projects.

Makes this Act effective as if its amendments were included in the enactment of the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Benefits Improvement and Protection Act of 2000.
