Summary
Terrorist Victims' Courtroom Access Act - Directs the trial court, in order to permit victims of crimes associated with the September 11, 2001 terrorist acts to watch proceedings in the criminal case against Zacarias Moussaoui, to order closed circuit televising of the proceedings to locations in Northern Virginia, Los Angeles, New York City, Boston, Newark, San Francisco, and such other locations the court determines are reasonably necessary for viewing by victims who have a compelling viewing interest but are unable to travel to the location of the trial.
Applies relevant provisions of the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996 to the televising of court proceedings under this Act.
