Summary
World War I Veterans Medal of Honor Justice Act - Authorizes the President, notwithstanding certain time limitations with respect to the award of the Medal of Honor, to award posthumously the Medal of Honor to Henry Johnson of Albany, New York, for acts of valor while serving as a private in the 369th Infantry Regiment of the U.S. Army during World War I.
Directs the Secretary of the Army to review the service records of each African American World War I Army veteran who was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross, or the French Legion of Merit or the Croix de Guerre by the government of France, to determine whether such veteran should be awarded the Medal of Honor. Authorizes the award of the Medal of Honor to an African American World War I veteran upon the recommendation of the Secretary.
