Summary
Authorizes and directs the Attorney General to impose disciplinary action, including firing, pursuant to Federal Bureau of Investigation policies and procedures, for any Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) employee who violates Department of Justice policies and procedures relative to the granting of citizenship or who willfully deceives Congress or departmental leadership.
Amends Federal law to exclude INS employees from certain procedures which a Federal agency must follow in an adverse employee action.
