Summary
Directs the Consumer Product Safety Commission to issue consumer product safety standards for glassware, dishware, and any other cooking utensil, drinking utensil, or eating utensil containing lead.
Requires such standard to determine the amount of lead that shall be considered hazardous. Allows such standard to require product labeling, or declare products containing an unacceptable amount of lead to be banned hazardous products.
