To amend section 274A of the Immigration and Nationality Act to improve the process for verifying an individual's eligibility for employment.

Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize both handwritten and electronic signatures on attestation forms required by the employment verification system. Authorizes the retention of paper, microfiche, microfilm, or electronic versions of such forms.
