Summary
Unity, Security, Accountability, and Family Act, or U.S.A. Family Act - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to direct the Attorney General to: (1) adjust to permanent resident the status of certain undocumented aliens who have resided continuously in the United States during the five-year period ending on January 29, 2003, and through the date of application filing; and (2) adjust to conditional permanent the status of certain undocumented aliens who have not met such five-year residency requirement.
Revises specified restrictions respecting: (1) cancellation of removal; (2) deportability and admissibility; and (3) issuance of immigrant visas to certain spouses and children of lawfully admitted permanent resident aliens.
