Summary
United States Commission on Civil Rights Reauthorization Act of 2010 - Amends the Civil Rights Commission Act of 1983 to authorize appropriations for FY2010-FY2014 to carry out the Act.
Revises provisions for the filling of vacancies on the Commission to require that vacancies on the Commission be filled by the President by and with the advice and consent of the Senate. Maintains the current requirement that no more than four of the eight members may be of the same political party.
