Amends the federal judicial code to provide that court for the Eastern District of California shall be held at Bakersfield in addition to the currently listed sites.
Requires the chief judge of the eastern district of California to designate: (1) one district judge whose official duty station shall be in Bakersfield, California, and who shall hold court in Bakersfield; and (2) another district judge whose official duty station shall be in Redding, California, and who shall hold court in Redding.
