Summary
Home Respiratory Medication Patient Protection Act of 2002 - Provides that, if the Secretary of Health and Human Services effects a reduction in payment rates for home respiratory medication nebulizer drugs under part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance) of title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act, the Secretary shall provide for an increase in the payment rates for home respiratory medication professional services in a manner so that the aggregate additional payments resulting from such payment increase are designed to be equal to, and offset, the aggregate decrease in payments resulting from such payment reduction.
