Summary
Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the loss of U.S. nationality for a native-born or naturalized citizen who: (1) joins or acts on behalf of a foreign terrorist organization so designated by the Secretary of State that is engaged in anti-U.S. terrorist activities; or (2) provides material support for such an organization.
States that such actions: (1) shall be presumed to have been performed with the intent of relinquishing U.S. nationality; and (2) may be rebutted by a showing of involuntary performance.
