Alien Unaccompanied Minor Adjustment and Protection Act of 2001 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to authorize the Attorney General to adjust the status of certain unaccompanied aliens under 18 years old to permanent resident.
Directs the Attorney General to provide for the establishment outside the Immigration and Naturalization Service of a panel of advisors to serve as guardians ad litem for such aliens in related INS proceedings.
