Disability and Age in Jury Service Nondiscrimination Act

If enacted, the bill would expand who can serve on federal juries by removing age and disability as automatic disqualifiers, allowing courts to consider whether individuals can perform jury duties with appropriate accommodations rather than excluding them outright.
