To provide for a certificate recognizing employees of defense companies for contributions to the national defense during the Cold War.

This bill would authorize the Secretary of Defense to issue official certificates of recognition to individuals who worked for defense companies during the Cold War. To receive a certificate, eligible former employees or their representatives would need to submit an application documenting their service and contributions to national defense during that period. The legislation aims to provide formal government acknowledgment for the role private-sector workers played in supporting the nation's security between September 2, 1945, and December 26, 1991.
