Native American Veterans Home Loan Act of 2004

This bill would extend a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program that provides direct home loans to Native American veterans through December 31, 2010. These loans allow eligible veterans to purchase, build, or improve homes located on federal trust land, where traditional private mortgages are often difficult to obtain. By extending this program, the bill ensures that Native American veterans continue to have access to low-interest financing with no down payment and no private mortgage insurance requirements.
