To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide forensic and investigative support of missing and exploited children.

Amends the Federal criminal code to authorize Secret Service officers and agents, under the direction of the Secretary of the Treasury and at the request of any State or local law enforcement agency or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, to provide forensic and investigative assistance in support of any investigation involving missing or exploited children.
