Ban All Neurotoxic Organophosphate Pesticides From Our Food Act or the BAN OPs From Our Food Act
This bill prohibits any organophosphate pesticides in food. (The Environmental Protection Agency banned chlorpyrifos, a type of organophosphate pesticide, from food in February 2022.)
