Dandini Research Park Transfer Act

Dandini Research Park Transfer Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the Board of Regents of the University and Community College System of Nevada, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to certain real property in Washoe County, Nevada, previously patented to the University of Nevada under the Recreation and Public Purposes Act.

Provides for the payment of compensation equal to the value of the property, not including any structures or improvements on the property as of the date it was originally patented to the University.
