Child Sex Crimes Wiretapping Act of 2003 - Amends the Federal criminal code to authorize the interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications in investigations relating to: (1) sex trafficking of children by force, fraud, or coercion; (2) the selling or buying of children; (3) material constituting or containing child pornography; (4) child obscenity; (5) the production of sexually explicit depictions of a minor for importation into the United States; and (6) transportation for illegal sexual activity and related crimes.
