To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to reauthorize a program relating to the Lake Pontchartrain Basin, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (popularly known as the Clean Water Act) to extend through FY2011 the authorization of appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Lake Pontchartrain Basin Restoration Program in Louisiana and Mississippi.
