To authorize the expansion of the Fort Davis National Historic Site in Fort Davis, Texas, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior acquire additional acreage to increase the size of the Fort Davis National Historic Site near the town of Fort Davis, Texas, by acquiring certain land from willing sellers.
