Iraq Weapons Accountability Act of 2006 - Requires the Secretary of Defense to direct the Commanding General of the Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq to implement the recommendations of the report prepared by the Office of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction entitled "Iraqi Security Forces: Weapons Provided by U.S. Department of Defense Using the Iraq Relief and Reconstruction Fund."
