America's Domestic Fuels Act - Instructs the Secretary of Energy to provide grants to states to conduct research to expedite the use of coal gasification as an energy source in ethanol production.
Requires at least one pilot project receiving such assistance to be fueled by coal gasification and to be located in an area with high sulfur bituminous coal reserves.
