To amend the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 relating to the statement of policy.

This bill revises the statement of U.S. policy regarding export controls to include protecting trade secrets.

Specifically, the bill revises the statement of policy of the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 to include protecting the trade secrets of the United States, its people, and its industrial base related to items subject to export control or when the subject of foreign economic espionage.
